Turkey (Application No. 25781/94)Supervision of the execution of the European Court’s judgments Reference document CM/Notes/1355/H 46-25 Decisions The Deputies 1.         recalled the decision taken at their 1236 th meeting (September 2015) (DH) in which they expressed appreciation of the measures taken as regards the property rights of enclaved Greek Cypriots and their heirs;2.         noted that these measures include the possibility, since 8 August 2002, for Greek-Cypriot heirs living in the southern part of Cyprus to bring proceedings for the administration of estates situated in the northern part of Cyprus and, since 27 February 2008, for Greek Cypriots who permanently leave the northern part of Cyprus to preserve their property rights provided they retain a minimum contact with the region;3.         noted further that, while the 2008 regulation has no retrospective effect, Greek Cypriots who left the northern part of Cyprus before 27 February 2008 have the possibility to bring claims in respect of their property before the Immovable Property Commission (IPC);4.         on this remaining issue, requested information on the number of applications before the IPC specifically concerning the property rights covered by this part of the judgment (namely, the rights of Greek Cypriot property owners still living in the northern part of Cyprus in...
