The meeting served as a platform to assess recent progress and align on next steps in Ukraine’s digital transformation journey. The session opened with welcoming remarks from Asier Santillán Luzuriaga, Head of Section “Good Governance and Rule of Law” at the EU Delegation to Ukraine, and Valeriya Ionan, Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on Innovations, Digitalisation and Global Partnerships. Both speakers underlined the importance of strong EU–Ukraine cooperation in building digital resilience and citizen-oriented e-governance.“The European Union remains firmly committed to standing with Ukraine during these challenging times of full-scale war.
