Operative part of the order There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the present action. There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the application to intervene submitted by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The European Commission shall bear its own costs and pay those incurred by Meggitt Ltd and Cavehurst Ltd, with the exception of those relating to the application to intervene.
