PROCEDURE 1.1. Existing measures (1) In December 2008, the Council of the European Union imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of monosodium glutamate (‘MSG’) originating in the People’s Republic of China (‘the PRC’ or ‘China’) by Council Regulation (EC) No 1187/2008 (2). The anti-dumping duties in force range between 36,5 % and 39,7 % for imports originating in the PRC.
