The attached text is a compromise package that seeks to take into account the suggested changes wherever possible, while reconciling the different views expressed. Changes in relation to the previous version (6496/20) are marked as follows: new text is in bold type or bold underlined type and deletions are marked "[…]". Procedure Due to the exceptional circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, no further meetings of the Working Party on Social Questions are currently planned on this file. Instead, the Presidency intends to complete the negotiations by consulting delegations informally by email. NB. The Presidency once again strongly appeals for flexibility and a constructive approach by all, bearing in mind that consensus is required.
