EU-U.S. Insurance Dialogue Project - Public Stakeholder Session

Update on the EU-U. S. Insurance Dialogue Project The EU-U. S. Insurance Dialogue Project will host a public stakeholder session on its continued progress and future priorities for 2026 and 2027 on 14 November 2025 in Tirana, Albania. The EU-U. S. Insurance Dialogue Project includes representatives of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), the Federal Insurance Office of the U. S. Department of the Treasury (FIO), the Federal Reserve Board, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA), EU National Competent Authorities, and the European Commission. The Project started in 2012, when the NAIC, FIO, EC and EIOPA agreed to participate in a dialogue project with the objective of enhancing the mutual understanding and cooperation between the EU and U. S. for the benefit of insurance consumers, business opportunity and effective supervision.
