Welcome and opening Brussels, SANTE.C.2/AS/acg (2025) 6232333 The Chair welcomed the members of the Committee. The aim of the meeting was to discuss the draft Commission Implementing Regulation on Joint Clinical Assessments of Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices. No conflicts of interest were signalled to the Chair. Representatives from Norway as well as the European Medicines Agency attended the meeting. 2. Draft Commission Implementing Regulation on Joint Clinical Assessments on Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices The Commission presented in detail the draft Commission Implementing Regulation on Joint Clinical Assessments of Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices, shared with the HTA Committee members before the meeting. The HTA Committee members discussed the draft and sought clarifications from the Commission on stakeholder consultations, timelines and the Annexes (templates) and the Commission asked to send comments in writing within the week. 3.
