EUROPEAN COMMISSION DIRECTORATE-GENERAL FOR ENLARGEMENT AND EASTERN NEIGHBOURHOOD D – Ukraine Service D.3 – Governance, Rule of Law, Financial Assistance NOTE TO THE NDICI COMMITTEE Subject: Ex-post notification to the NDICI Committee of a non-substantial modification to a Financing Decision Non-substantial modification to the Commission Implementing Decision C(2018)5022 – Annex I: Action document “Energy Efficiency Support Programme for Ukraine – EE4U-II” (ENI/2018/041-189) In accordance with Article 4 of the above-mentioned financing decision, this modification affects neither the purpose nor the objectives of the action and may be regarded as a nonsubstantial modification of the financing decision to be decided by the Commission's responsible authorising officer. It furthermore constitutes a technical amendment in the meaning of Article 25(2)(d) of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/9471 and is hereby sent for expost information to the European Parliament and to the Member States through the NDICI Committee. Subject of the modification: Extension of operational implementation period of the Action “Energy Efficiency Support Programme for Ukraine – EE4U-II” by 36 months (new duration is 132 months).
