Official Journal of the European Union 2025/935 22.5.2025 COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2025/935 of 21 May 2025 EN L series amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/918 laying down technical specifications of data requirements for the topic Global Value Chains pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on European business statistics, repealing 10 legal acts in the field of business statistics (1), and in particular Article 7(1) thereof, Whereas: (1) In order to produce, in accordance with Article 6(3) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2152, once every three years, data on the topic Global Value Chains listed in Annex I to that Regulation, based on comparable and harmonised data, and to ensure the correct implementation of the topic Global Value Chains by the Member States, the Commission is to specify the variables, measurement unit, statistical population, classifications and breakdowns, data transmission deadline, and first reference period. (2) The Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/918 (2) should therefore be amended accordingly.
