Political context, problem definition & subsidiarity check Political context The Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR) has been in application since March 2021. It is part of a broader package of sustainability disclosure rules adopted to deliver on the objectives of the Green Deal. The SFDR interacts closely with the Taxonomy Regulation and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
