ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE SEVENTH CHAMBER OF THE GENERAL COURT 28 November 2024 (*)( Removal from the register )In Case T‑383/23,Essilor International, established in Charenton-le-Pont (France), represented by A. Parassina and A. Giovannardi, lawyersapplicant,v European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), represented by A. Ringelhann and V. Ruzek, acting as Agents,defendant,the other party to the proceedings before the Board of Appeal of EUIPO, intervener before the General Court, being Carl Zeiss Vision Gmb H, established in Aalen (Germany), represented by A. Sanz Cerralbo, lawyer,makes the following Order 1        By its action based on Article 263 TFEU, the applicant, Essilor International, seeks the annulment and alteration of the decision of the First Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 11 May 2023 (Case R 267/2022‑1).2        By letter lodged at the Registry of the General Court on 8 October 2024, the intervener, Carl Zeiss Vision Gmb H, informed the Court that, in accordance with Article 124(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, it and the applicant had reached a settlement of their dispute, they were abandoning all claims and they were requesting that the Court order the case to be removed from the register and each party to bear its own costs.
