Adoption of agenda Decision: The draft agenda was adopted in the form shown in these minutes. 2. Chair’s announcements Interpretation The Chair made a brief announcement on the interpretation facilities available for the meeting. Coordinators’ meeting of 19 September 2024 - Summary of decisions and recommendations 1. Unfinished business In relation to the opinion on “Insolvency proceedings”, it was agreed to request to the CCC/CoP that the application of Rule 56 be “grandfathered”. It was also agreed that ECON should maintain its opinion issued in 2023. 2. Nominations 1. “Points system”: It was agreed to continue with the past practice, i.e. to start with an initial distribution of 300 points. A legislative report will cost 3 points, an INI and a consultation file 2 points, and an opinion 1 point.
