II (Information) INFORMATION FROM EUROPEAN UNION INSTITUTIONS, BODIES, OFFICES AND AGENCIES EUROPEAN COMMISSION Communication from the Commission concerning Council Regulation (Euratom) No 1493/93 on shipments of radioactive substances between Member States (2022/C 288/01) Pursuant to Article 8 of Council Regulation (Euratom) No 1493/93, the Member States are required to forward to the Commission the name(s) and the address(es) of the competent authorities as defined in Article 2 and all necessary information for rapidly communicating with such authorities. Member States are required to notify the Commission of any changes to such data. The Commission is required to communicate this information and any changes to it, to all competent authorities in the Community and publish it in the Official Journal of the European Union. The present Communication from the Commission replaces Commission Communication 2015/C 290/01 concerning Council Regulation (Euratom) No 1493/93 on shipments of radioactive substances between Member States (OJ C 290, 4.9.2015, p. 1). A list of competent authorities in the Member States and all necessary information for communicating rapidly with them are given below.
