V (Announcements) PROCEDURES RELATING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPETITION POLICY EUROPEAN COMMISSION Prior notification of a concentration (Case M.10141 — Sanacorp Pharmahandel/Leopold Fiebig and Gerda Nückel) (Text with EEA relevance) (2021/C 47/08) 1. On 1 February 2021, the Commission received notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1). This notification concerns the following undertakings: — Leopold Fiebig GmbH & Co. KG (Germany), — Gerda Nückel GmbH (Germany), — Sanacorp Pharmahandel GmbH (Germany), ultimately controlled by astera SA (France) and Sanacorp eG Pharmazeutische Großhandlung (Germany). Sanacorp Pharmahandel GmbH acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of the whole of Leopold Fiebig GmbH & Co. KG and Gerda Nückel GmbH. The concentration is accomplished by way of purchase of shares. 2. The business activities of the undertakings concerned are: — Sanacorp Pharmahandel GmbH is a full-service wholesaler of pharmaceuticals operating on the German market. — Leopold Fiebig GmbH & Co. KG is a full-service wholesaler of pharmaceuticals based in Rheinstetten, operating in central and southern Germany. — Gerda Nückel GmbH is the general partner of Leopold Fiebig GmbH & Co. KG. 3.
