On 10 October 2017, the Commission received notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1). This notification concerns the following undertakings: — Arbejdsmarkedets Tillaegspension (ATP, Denmark), — Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan Board (OTPP, Canada), — Copenhagen Airports A/S (CPH, Denmark). ATP and OTPP acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of the whole of CPH. The concentration is accomplished by way of purchase of shares. 2. The business activities of the undertakings concerned are: — for ATP: Danish public pension provider which administers a number of welfare and social security schemes, — for OTPP: investment management organisation that invests pension plan assets on behalf of active and retired teachers in the Canadian province of Ontario, — for CPH: owner and operator of the airports at Kastrup and Roskilde, Denmark, as well as owning the Clarion Copenhagen Airport Hotel. 3.
